Autumn Whitfield, the Director of Operations at Make It Work Nevada. With a background in business management and extensive experience, Autumn is dedicated to fostering growth and success in both individuals and organizations.

With over 15 years in higher education, Autumn has been instrumental in bridging the gap between students, employers, and the community. Her unwavering dedication to empowering students to achieve their career aspirations has led her to initiate numerous impactful programs.

As a Career Center Director at Broward College and Director of Operations for a local nonprofit, Autumn's trailblazing spirit has driven numerous successful initiatives, including the groundbreaking CORE Program, which managed a $3.47 million grant and paved the way for additional funding and programs in Broward County.

Autumn has also been actively helping Black mothers navigate the education and childcare systems and informing the community about changes in Florida legislature.

 

Autumn's personal life is equally fulfilling. She shares her journey with her husband and two daughters, embracing the joys of family life. Together, they share a love for travel and exploring new places and cultures.
