Karlette Dixon joined the Make It Work Nevada team in 2021 as Executive Assistant to Executive Director, Erika Washington

 

After spending over a decade supporting C-suite executives and Las Vegas local elected officials, she made a conscious decision to join an organization that works extensively in the community, supporting Black women and families.

She enjoys Do It Yourself (DIY) projects, traveling, discovering new music, social media memes, and spending time with the babygrands (Glamma of 10:-)
